3121 ~ It's Gonna Be So Much Fun! Truly, it was so much fun! December 8th is a night eye'll always remember... Thought eye would cry if eye ever got to hold his hand... didn't ~ tears of joy came later, when eye got home n tried 2 tell my friend "Strike" about it in an emale... Eye met my new friends, Barbara -n- Qa'id, who run the Purple Music Mansion Yahoo board, on Thursday |
night at the airport ~ we hung
out n had a great time waiting 4 Friday's show. The two of them r truly
such good friends! We then met up wit Randee from Housequake on Friday
nite, December 8th 4 dinner at 3121 Jazz Cuisine and afterwards we saw
Prince ~ He, and his band r truly THE Best! Went to the "after party" in
his restaurant after the show on Friday
Eye went again on Saturday nite after work 2 the after show party in the restaurant ~ Prince and the band were smokin! Eye am sooooo glad eye didn't miss that one!!! And, if Prince hadn't called me up on stage 2 dance 4 him the nite before ~ eye would almost say that the after-show jam on Saturday was the best... And he stayed here for 6 months ~ thru the end of April... Eye went to 5 shows n was there almost every weekend, both Friday and Saturday, at the after-show jams in the restaurant. What a blessing his being here was to me ~ I miss him a whole lot. |
